SERVICES Provided:
Under Georgia Law, drivers charged with Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I) & Illegal Possession of Alcohol and/or Drugs (underage also included), and other traffic offenses, must attend a Risk Reduction Intervention Program to reinstate a driver's license. This class is commonly known as the “D.U.I. Class” or the “Risk Reduction Intervention Program Course."
Step 1:
Complete the Needs Assessment Process:
Complete the D.U.I. Risk Reduction Class:
- Anger Management
- 420 Marijuana Risk Reduction Class
- DUI Risk Reduction Intervention Classes (#10379)
- Driver Improvement/Defensive Driving (#2323)
- Social & Emotional Learning Workshops for Youth
- Restorative Conferencing (International Institute for Restorative Practices) (IIRP)
- Restorative Practices & Circles Training (IIRP)

Step 1:
Complete the Needs Assessment Process:
- By law, students must complete a Needs Assessment prior to enrolling in a Risk Reduction Intervention Class.
- Allow approximately 25-30 minutes to complete the assessment process.
- Pay a fee of $100.00 as set by Georgia law - O.C.G.A. 40-5-83(e). This fee is the same for all DUI Schools in the State of Georgia.
Complete the D.U.I. Risk Reduction Class:
- Individuals must attend and complete a 20-hour Risk Reduction Class over 2½ days. (Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, and Monday evening from 6pm to 10pm; OR Friday evening from 6pm to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm). NOW available via remote/online learning through the ZOOM application!
- Weekday evening classes are now available as an option from 6pm - 10pm Monday through Friday (totaling 20 hours). NOW available via remote/online learning through the ZOOM application!
- Certificate of Completion is provided to participants at the end of the course.
- Fee is $260.00 ($235.00 plus $25.00 for the participant workbook. This fee is the same for all DUI Schools in the State of Georgia.
