We try our best to never cancel classes unless under extreme emergencies. However, as required by law, risk reduction classes with less than five (5) paid contracts must be canceled. In this case, if a cancellation is necessary, we will notify you the day before class is scheduled to begin. This is our promise to you! Clients will always be notified via email, telephone and text.
If a class is scheduled and held as promised, but you do not attend as scheduled, you will not automatically be entitled to a refund. Notify our office to reschedule as soon as practically possible.
